Our principle is a specialised manufacturer of high wear-resistant multilayer material for applications involving extreme wear in the dredging, slurry and mining industries. Our material TRIDUR & FEDUR is widely used in piping systems, excavators and special machines for the mining industry, wear resistant plates and constructions on dredging vessels.

Fedur Fedur is the product name for a high wear-resistant composite steel made up of two layers inseparably bonded by a special roll bonding method. One layer has a tough high weldability quality consisting of Fe360-420. The other consists of a hard alloyed carbon steel of ca. 910 HV (ca 66 HRc). The photo shows a piece of Fedur, clearly illustrating both layers. |

Tridur Tridur has the equivalent properties of Fedur, but consists of three layers instead of just two. Tridur has a tough inside layer (FE 360-420) and two hard outside layers, which are highly wear resistant. Tridur is used in applications like industrial knives, gate valve plates and wear plates. |

Wear Parts Fedur and Tridur wear plates can be used in many shapes and applications. For example, wear plates for excavators, special machines for the mining industry, wear plates for crushing plants, linings for mineral mining, centrifuge blades for sand blasting, rolling stands, industrial knives and mixers. |

Straight Pipes We can supply pipes with diameters ranging from 100 to 2000mm with a wall thickness from 5 up to 40mm. The minimum wall thickness and layer distribution between soft/hard is dependant upon the application. The maximum wall thickness is dependant upon the diameter. Production of pipes up to a length of 12000mm is possible . |

Elbows Fedur elbows are produced in a mould by a hot pressure method. The required dimensions for elbow production are diameter, wall thickness, radius and angle. The cutting lay-out of the material used for pressing the half shells in the mould, is chosen in such a way that the material is compressed in the outer bow and stretched in the inner. |

Special Shaped Pieces Pressed shells can be combined in numerous ways - with other shells or with rolled pipes. Forms like oval to round, suction mouths and 3-way pieces (Y-pieces and T-pieces) can be produced in this manner. Other shapes can also be produced at customer request. |
